Michelle is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling from Liberty University. She has spent over 10 years working with middle school, high school, and college students in camp, team building, and ministry settings. Michelle has a heart for coming alongside those wrestling with relational and spiritual issues, transition, grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She also enjoys helping young women work through identity issues and learn to live wholeheartedly, caring for their bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. Michelle works with older children, teens and adults and is available for daytime and evening appointments.
Prior to her work as a counselor, Michelle earned her MBA from Berry College and served as an entrepreneur and a director of a non-profit organization. She enjoys helping people develop leadership skills and manage relationships in the workplace. Having lived cross-culturally in Nairobi, Kenya for 4 years, she has a passion for working with people living and serving in international communities as well.
